Approval Posts

Staff members are to help with the academy, and such a way is to make extremely important posts to the community. Such posts could be related to announcements, tournaments, events, updates, and etcetera. However, there are grades regarding these posts, and must be approved by a higher up if sorts. There are two grades, and I will now explain what this is about

Grade 1:
Grade one posts are extremely important and MUST be approved by at least two chancellors before anything can be done.

Such situations that fall into Grade 1 are..

-A Major change to a part of the Academy.
-A Promotion or Demotion of sorts
-An Official Guideline/Announcement

If one has permission to make a Grade 1 post, this image must be at the bottom of the post.

If you use this image without the proper approval, you will be punished.
If you post a Grade 1 subject when you have approval without posting the image, you will be punished (in Staff Warnings).

Grade 2:
Grade 2 posts MUST be approved by an administrator at the least before posting. The following situations would classify as Grade 2.

-Hosting an event/tournament
-Banning/punishing someone. An exception could be if such actions are severe enough that immediate attention is required. Such actions will be communicated about in a later time.
