- Introduction Post: All you have to do is write an introduction post (in the introductions section) to introduce yourself for the members of the academy.
- Dorm Homeworks: Every dorm will have homeworks posted in their section. You must post your homework and get it graded by a teacher.
- Ruling Exam: Each dorm will have a ruling exam. The exam's difficulty will depend on the dorm.
- Articles: You must write the required amount of articles and get them approved/graded by Teachers.
- Resume: This is only required for the top 2 dorms, you are required to write your goals after entering that dorm, why do you want to enter it, why should we promote you, etc. Once you write one it must be sent in a private message to all the Teachers.
- Dorm Recommendations: You must get the required amount of recommendations from members that are currently in the Monkeyboard dorm, if there aren't enough members in it then the recommendations must come from the top 3 members in your current dorm.

- P-Points: Simply collect P-Points (Performapal Points) which is the virtual currency of the academy. There is a guide on how to get these points.
- EXP: Simply collect EXP (Experience Points). You can earn them in tournaments, events, the duel arena, and similar things.
- Tournament Duels: Win the required amount of tournaments, you MUST place in the Top 3 at least.
- Deck Review: You must get the required amount of Deck Reviews approved by a staff member, you MUST post your deck review in the Deck Studio section.
- The Rubric: This is used for the Test Duel
